Challenge
My task here was to redesign the mobile experience, bringing the design at a more standard level of both visual design and user experience on both iOS and Android. Crucial points I have worked on are typography, iconography, new ux flows, onboarding, biometrics, layout and new pages such as settings and profile.
Goal
Improve overhall aesthetics of the app and reduce the friction in the subscription flow.
Solution
Apply Human Inteface and Material Design guidelines to bring the UI to the standard of 2021. Use the new PrimaryBid Brand Guidelines to connect more the mobile app to the brand. Conduct competitor analysys to bring inspiration and ideas on the table and customer service data collection to ensure that any friction raised by users was noted and solved. Conducting accessibility test on colours, typography and contrast.
